One of the then-frequent european fighter detachments to RAF Waddington for the NOMAD exercise in July 2001. This year, the Swiss and Spanish were in town with F-18 Hornets, the French with Mirage 2000s and Belgians with F-16s. From the UK there were RAF Tornado F3s and Navy Sea Harriers.
